We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to both our students and instructors, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all online language lessons.

Individual Lessons

​

• Students may cancel or reschedule a lesson at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the lesson may be considered a late cancellation, and the lesson may be charged in full.

• If a student does not attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the lesson will be considered a no-show and will be charged in full.

• If an instructor needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson, the student will receive a replacement lesson or a credit for the missed session. ​

 

Group Classes

Because group classes are scheduled based on the number of registered participants, missed group classes are generally not refundable or transferable.

If a student knows in advance that they will be unable to attend a class, they should notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the course and circumstances, we may be able to provide access to supplementary materials or another available solution.

Course Cancellation

​

If a student wishes to cancel an entire course or package, the request must be submitted in writing. Any applicable refund will depend on the course, package, and number of lessons already completed.

Exceptional Circumstances

​

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Requests related to serious or exceptional circumstances will be reviewed case by case.

Booking and Payment

​

By booking a lesson or registering for a course, the student acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.

We encourage students to contact us as soon as possible if they need to make a change to their scheduled lesson.
